Body & Belongings of Oscar Kankaras
In the southeastern section of the mines, the characters may find the remains of Oskar Kankaras, the orc warrior who was part of the expedition in the tomb. Oskar was worn down by draugr in the tomb, then finally killed in the mines when the cockatrices they had managed to avoid on the way in ambushed him. Otherwise, characters will need to actively search the webs to see if there is anything of interest there. Corinne was taken by spiders in the crevasse while she was attempting to cross the chasm. The spiders snatched her and carried her up into the crevasse and poisoned her there and sucked her dry over days. It will not be easy for the party to notice her corpse, never mind to recover it.

Body of Danut Procop
If the characters compell Captain Colmal Bucur to confess to killing Danut Procop, he will tell them he literally force-fed his corpse about five kilograms of rocks to zero his buoyancy, and pushed him into the river. The body floated a good half-day down river - east toward Prulme, where is it tangled in some branches and not visible from the roads. An active plan to locate the body will be required if this is the intention, and the search may take many days.
Note: The letter on the corpse provides a one-shot solution to the entire mystery of the campaign. The Director should steer the players toward finding the other clues (mostly in the mines, crypt and tomb) and solving the mystery rather than allowing them to trivially find this clue. Searching for a body ‘somewhere down a river’ could take weeks, and is likely to turn up nothing.
If the players are extremely persistant in their attempt to find this body early, the Director should consider moving the letter so that it is found instead with the Abandoned Adventurer's Gear and Tools in the Grand Chamber of the Radulesc Tomb instead.
If after exhausting other options, the players are stumped, this body could be conveniently turn up or be made more easily discoverable, acting as ‘safety’ to guarantee resolution of the adventure.

CHALLENGE
21C using Mace or Tailor skillA character with the Mace sill or the Tailor skill may notice on close inspection of his clothes that his pants have a distinctive pattern of wear above the left calf area. This is typical of warriors who carry a mace, which typically swings from a loop on the belt, brushing the leg.
Belongings of Danut Procop
The belongings of Danut Procop were left behind in his room at Ul Grau E Rota when he disappeared without paying on 37 Bucket. If they characters ask Lisbet Baciu, she will show them where they are and let them inspect them. Additional evidence can be gained by casting Psychometry on his gear and equipment, and/or by casting Psychometry focused on his bow, which appears to have recently see action.

CHALLENGE
21C using Tailor or Blacksmithing skillif the distinctive wear patterns mentioned above are noted, a character with the Tailor skll or the Blacksmithing skill will determine these are caused by silver rubbing against the fabric. Fully considered, it is reasonable to assume that the owner of the clothes carried a silvered mace.
Abandoned Adventurer's Gear and Tools
At the entrance to Gheorigu Radulesc’s chamber in the tomb, the characters will find scattered tools and equipment including picks, shovels, pry-bars, sledge hammers, rope, lanterns, partial packs of standard adventurer’s gear, canteens and some remnants of rations. These seem to have been simply abandoned. They will also find a small satchel with some papers in it:
- A map of the Radulesc Tomb (not of the crypts or mines)
- A drawing of the obverse and reverse of a Coin of Golmongarion
- A Letter to Danut Procop (#1)
Note: If the players were very intent on finding the corpse of Danut Procop, the Director may choose to move a second Letter to Danut Procop from that corpse to here in order to prolong the interest in the mystery fo the campaign.
A Silvered Mace
If the characters search the riverbed beneath the docks, they may recover a silvered mace. If they have also discovered the body and/or the belongings of Danut Procop and have noted the distinctive pattern of wear on his pants, they can deduce that this mace belonged to him. Additional evidence can be gained by casting Psychometry.
Coins of Golmongarion
The Coins of Golmongarion taken from the Radulesc tomb are in the possession of Captain Colmal Bucur, who took them from Danut Procop before filling his dead body with rocks and pushing it in the river. Additional evidence can be gained by casting Psychometry on the Coins.
CHALLENGE
21C using Theology SkillAnyone with the Theology skill can roll a 21C to know what Coins of Golmongarion are. Members of the Order of Golmongarion (Mariara Stoica) get +5 on this Challenge.
