River Docks and Stores
The docks and storehouses along the Prulme River are the main transport hub for goods traveling up and down the river between Dileniu and Prulme. One of Cosutanu’s two customs posts is here, where goods are inspected and duties are collected before being loaded or unloaded. Also here are several warehouses, half of which are owned and operated by the Nectria family, whose estate stands directly behind the warehouses.
Since the outbreak, the docks are closed, nets have been raised to block the berths, and all boats passing down river are warned off by signs informing them that the village is under quarantine and they are obligated to make customs declarations with ports further up or down river.
Because the docks are closed and the town is quarantined, the Dockmaster's office is also closed. A sign posted on the door written in both Tuloszian and Comerta, reads:

21C using AlertnessAnyone inspecting the third dock will have a chance ot notice bloodstains halfway up its length. The bloodstains are evidence of violence that happened here. Additional evidence could be gained by casting Psychometry on the bloodstains.

21C using Alertness (-3)If an active, intentional search of the riverbed beneath the docks is undertaken, a second challenge can reveal a mace partially sunken into the mud of the riverbed. This silvered mace is an important piece of evidence. Additional evidence could be gained by casting Psychometry on the mace.
