Senecun Piclur

Senecun Piclur is lean, angular rodian man with sharp features and bristly grey hair. He has a cunning air about him, and is, himself, suspicious of everything.

Senecun Piclur can be found at the Steel Key Company Office.

TOPIC: suspicious comings and goings on the docks

If the party wants to know about any suspicious comings or goings to or from the docks in the day or months prior to the outbreak, Senecun will flip though the Dock Master's Log Book and search for anything they request - probaly turning up nothing.

SENECUN PICLUR

I don't recall any unusual comings or goings by river prior to the outbreak - pretty much everyone we saw and all of our inspections were from boats that pass regularly, with crews we know. There's nothing in the log to suggest otherwise.

TOPIC: anyone using the docks since the quaratine

If the party wants to know if anyone has come or gone via the docks since the quarantine, he'll assure them that this would be almost impossible.

SENECUN PICLUR

Ha! Pretty sure no one has used the docks since the quarantine. The currents at the bend are tricky. Docking without help from the land is hard enough - doing it undetected from land, or by the guards at the checkpoint by the bridge? No. Impossible.

TOPIC: whether Danut Procop or any of his party are listed in the logs

If the party want to know if Danut Procop, Oskar Kankaras, Lorienzi Lioni or Corinne Gelgu are listed anywhere in the log books, he will happily flip through the last few months and check, but will turn up nothing.

SENECUN PICLUR

I don't recognize any of those names, and I don't see any of them listed in the logs. Mind you, we don't check identification on everyone. We only check if we're searching, if we see someone suspicious, or if someone declares they are crossing a border.

TOPIC: questions about the seconding of his staff to the Town Guard

If the party asks him how he feels about the fact that his entire staff has been seconded to work for the town guard, by order of the Council.

SENECUN PICLUR

Ah, so what? A bit of an insult, sure, but with the quarantine, they got nothing to do anyway, so at least they get paid. I just hope that bastard doesn't start lording it all over the place....

If the party follows up with more questions about his feelings toward Corporal Caliban Nectria.

SENECUN PICLUR

Ha! "Nu incredere un Nectria," my mother always said. Never trust a Nectria. I don't know why she said that, but it goes for all the old noble families - same the Mitrius - always put themselves first. The Corporal swore his oath to protect all of us... but he can tell the fig from the ficus.
