Primar Bryni Magar
The Primar (the head of the Town Council) is Bryni Magar, a poised, confident and determined canis woman of perhaps 25 years (about 50 human equaivalent years). She is quite heavy for a canis of her size, but she does not let her weight slow her down - she has a lot of energy and is keenly perceptive. While she likely has not slept very much in the past several days, she remains focused and alert. She is dedicated to her work, and cares passionately about the well-being of the people of Cosutanu.
Primar Bryni Magar can normally be found at Cosutanu Hall.
TOPIC: fugitives in Garagalo
If the players played the optional first encoutner at the dovecote in Garagalo, they may report that they captured, killed or otherwise dealt with the fugitives who escaped from Cosutanu.
PRIMAR BRYNI MAGAR
What a horrible situation. I am of course relieved to hear that the situation is resolved, but how horrible it must be for that poor family. In any case, this incident shows how thinly stretched we are... we cannot even enforce our own quarantine. It's imperative that we act quickly to contain the disease before other get the same idea and attempt to flee.
TOPIC: potions, scrolls or other remedies
If the party ask about potions, scrolls or other remedies they might be able to use to treat the disease, the Primar will tell them about the current situation in town.
PRIMAR BRYNI MAGAR
Unfortunately, this past winter we exhausted our small reserve of cure potions due to a dangerous flu. Our apothecary keeps a small stock of different potions and elixers, but nothing that will combat the disease, I am afraid. There is, however, a concoction sold by the Lumanaru family that they claim can treat the sores caused by the disease and prevent transmission. We have so far observed no evidence that it works, though it was used by the Groza family to clean the homes of the Gwynne and Im-habn families after everyone had been moved out… we’ll see if this helps.
TOPIC: orcs in town
If questioned about the orcs in town, she will discretely share with them the names and locations off all of the orc residents, but she will also want to know why they are asking. It will be up to the players whether or not they want to share specifics about information that may have led to ask them to inquire about orcs.
PRIMAR BRYNI MAGAR
Hm. Why yes, we have a few orcish residents. None of them have been know to get into any trouble. There is, of course, the Functionar, Farz Mokri, who is working just over there. There is Captain Bucur, who is the Guard Captain at the Mitriu Estate; you can speak to Daciana about him. Then there is a labourer who works for the Groza family, I beleive. I do not recall his name, but I suspect he lives at the bunkhouse. Tell me, is there a person of interest we need to be on the look-out for?
