Vladu Groza
Vladu Groza is very stocky for a roadian, with a robust frame, big muscles, and coarse dark brown hair. He is missing most of his tail, and it wags constantly like that of a dog, which is very abnormal for a rodent. Aside from the motion of his tail, Vladu wastes no movement, he stands still as a statue, and when he moves it is with purpose and an odd sense of power rarely seen in a rodian. Vladu has a gruff, and can be both crude and rude. He prefers work over talk, and does not like to have his time wasted.
Vladu Groza can be found at the Groza General Labourers during the day. As he has been taking contracts with the city to clean and sterlize the houses of the infected once they are emptied, it is possible the player characters might run into him around town, performing his duties.
TOPIC: cleaner used to clean infected houses
If questioned about the cleaner provided by Lumanaru's that he is using to clean the infectious material from homes where people with Black Rot have been quarantined.

Yeah. Some kind of perfume stuff. Those Lumanarus got quite a deal selling to the Council at that price... but if it works, I guess it's worth it.
