Description:

Pop weasels are mischievous and clever pack hunters that rely on cleverness, agility, deception and numbers to confuse and ultimately take down their prey. They resemble stocky mustelids, like badgers or wolverines, with their thick fur often featuring mottled, camouflage patterns. Individually weak, these tricky creatures have the ability to use several spells that can tip the odds in their favour, and when they attack in coordinated groups of half a dozen or more, they can be very dangerous.

Special:

Pop weasels are pack hunters who will typically stalk their prey for several hours to a full day if it will give them an advantage. They are usually encountered in groups of 1d8+4, and will never willingly engage in a fight that they did not themselves instigate - they will always scatter and flee if attacked while unprepared.

Pop weasels will allow the entire group to Stalk their prey and will use their spells to confuse and waylay their prey to gain the maximum advantage before moving in for the kill.

When the pack does descend on their prey, they will all cast Blink on themselves, giving them a considerable advantage to open their ambush. If the engagement drags on long enough that these spells start to expire the group will often scatter and flee all at once.
