Demon Oerlaird

Description:

Next to the unique, named Demonic Princes who are effectively immortal deities, Demon Oerlairds are the highest ranking and most powerful caste of Demons. They rule as kings or queens over entire regions of the otherworldly planes from whence they come. Demonic Oerlairds and their armies are constantly at war with one another in their own realms, vying for the favour of their immortal rulers, and a chance at eternal life for themselves. While they seek to utterly destroy their rival Oerlairds, they must remain constantly on guard against the hosts of Demon Lairds who support them; but who will betray them for their own power and glory should the opportunity arise. When Demons cross over into the mortal realms, there is no path to glory or power for them, and they seek only the annihilation of all life and order.

Special:

Demon Oerlairds are immune to normal weapons, fire, poison and disease, though Blessed weapons do +25% damage to them. Their own weapons and armour are considered magical. Demon Oerlairds are not immortal, and can be destroyed, but they will never die of age.
