Demon Laird

Description:

Demon Lairds are the ‘field commanders’ of the rank and file infernal warriors, answering only to their Demon Oerlaird masters, or to unique Demon Regents or other ancient and immortal powers. Demon Lairds are extremely powerful, ruthless, and cruel. Cunning and devious, they are given to treachery, and their wickedness and lust for power is legendary. Demon Lairds will use any opportunity to strengthen their position - and they constantly conspire among themselves to eliminate their rivals for power and control in order to rise in the Infernal ranks and come Demon Overlords. In battle, Demon Lairds are fearless, and will unleash their full fury on their opponents in an attempt to annihilate them as quickly as possible. They are fluent in all sorts of weaponry and are powerful spell casters to boot.

Special:

Demon Lairds are immune to normal weapons, fire, poison and disease, though Blessed weapons do +25% damage to them. Their own weapons and armour are considered magical. Demon Lairds are not immortal, and can be destroyed, but they will never die of age.
