Rat, Giant
Description:
Much larger than their ordinary sized cousins, giant rats can be the size of a dog, with vicious bites and sharp claws. Like their smaller cousins, they are dangerous disease carriers and should be confronted with caution.
Special:
Giant rats are extremely intelligent. While they are more likely to engage in combat than their normal-sized brethren this is only because they are less vulnerable - they will still avoid direct conflict unless they are very certain they can win. Giant rats can see exceptionally well in near total darkness.
