Covaci Family Household

 

The tauran Covaci family live in a small, run down shack immediately in front of the entrance to the Nectria Estate. The family includes six, but the father of family works the roads and has not been in town for many weeks. Four of the other five are sick, and all are quarantined and guarded.

If the party approaches the household at any time prior to 25 Trowel, they will arrive just as a ruckus is breaking out. This will trigger the Covaci Ghouls encounter.

If the players do not go to the house prior to the 25 Trowel, the four infected will rise as ghouls, overpower and eat Francesc, and then break out of the house, confront the guard, and (unless the players arrive to intervene) 1-3 of them will escape to the Crypts, leaving both guards stationed here newly infected with Black Rot.
